FNB REFUSE TO REFUND

On the 25 December my husband received a letter in the post from FNB. The letter was dated the 6th December and was too advise that his account was paid in full and payments were to stop immediately, however because the letter was received late a payment went off on the 15 December. I called today to request our payment be returned and the consultant refused and said that FNB meant the finaly payment was at the end of december. I want my money back as the letter was dated 6 December and said payments were to cease IMMEDIATELY and said nothing about December being my final payment! I asked for an email address in order to send the letter and she said she isnt allowed to give out her managers email address!!! Eventually she gave me a fake address just to get me off the telephone line - [Email Removed] which bounced back as no such address exists! FNB must sort this out ASAP as I paid every month without a problem, now I want what is rightfully mine and they wont give it back!!!
