Badly handled account

I was referred to Dr Naidoo at West Coast Urology last year May by my GP. Because of was referred, the bill was meant to go back to my medical aid. The secretary at WCU never ever said that they do not accept my medical aid type and after seeing Dr Naidoo as far as i was concerned my bill would be paid. I never received this bill from WCU months later I received it from DPP Attorney's.

Nevertheless I made a payment arrangement to pay the account, however DPP never stated that a default would be listed against my name even though I have a payment arrangement. I spoke to the "Manager" at DPP who was of no assistance either. It is pathetic how Dr Naidoo handed this case over without even sending it to me.

Medi Clinic hospitals are definitely a better suite for me as their staff are much more helpful than you lot at Netcare!
