Incorrect Personal Details

I disputed against a ITC Default listing that I feel was not legal. First of all I did not receive any letters.
My outcome of the Dispute from Transunion Credit Bureau shows proof that ITC BA have send out a letter on the 20th of August 2012, I am surprised to see that they have send it to me, But I have never recieved it.
First of all there is no proof I have received it, or signed that I have received it. I have a problem that it was not send via registered post, that there is proof that they send it to me, or even beter the local Balju delivering it to me by hand. and the best to come on the written letter they (ITC BA) have send me my address is incorrectly spelt, The postal Code is incorrect, as well as the town. I do not take responsibility for incorrect information taken down, and will not accept this written letter as proof and that the Default listing is accurate, I want it to be removed from my name, as everything is fully paid, the service provider, and ITC BA costs, and they cannot give me proof that I signed that I have received the letter, and especcially that they send the letter to the incorrect address, as I have never received it, and there is no proof.
