When I was made aware of an outstanding payment, for a invoice I never received.
I made the payment 2 days ago, same day I received the letter, mailed the proof of payment to them I'm still getting threatening sms's. Also suspect they are sending back dated letters, doubt that it takes 4 weeks for a letter to reach me.
Call center number just keeps you on hold.
