This has been ongoing for a month. Vitality consultants are incompetent. Bonus points on all aspects of vitality checks not given. All they say its been allocated but we cannot see it anywhere.
Numerous calls has been locked- non of the consultants have viable reason for the short allocation of points. My husband is in range and qualify for bonus points. Last year it was allocated without issues!!! Disgusted!!!
