18% Increase, how do you justify this?

After a few emails through to Discovery I have received no response. Please Discovery how do you justify an 18% increase in your fees. I received no warning at all, just an increase on my debt order. I wish I could get an increase of 18% on my salary, have not for many years now, so do you manage it without asking or even advising. Very unhappy client
