Last year in September I called in to qeury about the process I should follo to take out an adult dependent to have their own medical aid because I could not afford to have them on my Medicaid as an adult. I was sent an email of new membership which I completed for my dependent to move from my option to key care. The lady that I spoke to explained to me that if I take her out before the end of the year they will have to re calculate my savings which I was okay with. The problem started in December where I was billed for two adults and yet on my application form I completed that her medical should start in December I called again some guy promised to call me back during his lunch time because his manager was not around he never called..In December I got a Lester that says since it's an upgrade it will only be done in January. I called again where I spoke to a guy who was clueless of what was happening but continued to tell me it's an upgrade. This is not an upgrade but an individual who has reach 21 which I had to chose what to do. I have been sending emails to healthinfo about this issue the only email that was sent was asking for my id after that no response.i cannot afford what is carg
