Bankmed ignores its members queries!!!

Bankmed's turn around time for queries should be - maybe the same year - if you are lucky. Since January last year of 2013 Bankmed suddenly removed my hospital Life Rosepark as a DSP. The whole of last year I was told that it will be considered to put it back in 2014. In december I was told again that it will be considered and I will get "feedback". On 16 and 28 Jan of this year I have requested the feedback with a zero response. Why should I pay almost R5000 per month for this "service". I have also asked numerous times for a contact centre to be opened in Bloemfontein, but also nothing happens. That must be Bankmed's motto I believe. We make nothing happen.
