Looks like the same problem is repearting itself throughout the country! As I read other reports it became clear that I another victom.
Last year we had to submit proof of income. I submitted this documentation in October 2013. After not receiving feedback in December 2013, I enquired. To my shock I must hear that I will be paying according to the highest income catogory because I did not provide suffiecent proof of income.
The correspondation from Medihelp is also very fague- on the letter on the last paragrapgh it mentions that both spouse and main member's income needs to be provided in order for them to determine the premium. Everything with Medihelp got so complicated until I deceided to end my membership. Ive been a member with them for 4 years. Looks like they are loosing clients by the second. I strongly suggest someone with people skills and compassion for their fellow persons to look into all these complaints. Something got to be wrong if every one is complaining about the same thing.
