BAD SERVICE/ NO FEEDBACK

When one utters the words "my first pregnancy", thrills and joy and happy expectations are all one expects to have.

Thanks to BankMed, mine is not going to be the same.

To be disappointed is an understatement.

Finding out that we were pregnant for the first time, my husband and I were so over joyed that we were on BankMed's comprehensive medical aid and as a result we would have access to their " Prestigious" Baby and Me Program.

Need I say all that enthusiasm has gone a begging. After applying and sending in our forms as early as the first week in February 2014, I am still waiting for the very first letter from BankMed wishing us well.

Countless of times, we phone through to enquire about all the list of "benefits" we are meant to be receiving but have received none off, yet, time and again, their consultants keep apologizing, promising escalations that never lead to anywhere and things remain just that empty, broken promises.

I have complained to BankMed again and again and clearly because we have no other choice than to use their medical aid, due to my husbands employment, our needs mean nothing to them.
