I got married at Zimbali in December and we stayed at the Heritage place for a few days. For some reason when we checked out my engagement ring which I'd worn the entire week simply vanished. We have sent several complaints to management but have heard absolutely nothing from them.
It's a beautiful resort but their service leaves at bad taste in your mouth. We complained several times while there, from billing issues where we would pay a bill and keep getting demands for payment for it time and again, to general bad service from staff. Unfortunately we bought timeshare and are stuck with this place as apparently we can't cancel. All we want is for someone to investigate the and get back to us on the re-billing issues.
