Beware of the ridiculous way that this estate tries to extort money from you by charging u a deposit (supposed to be refundable) then upon exit they levy heavy and ridiculous fines such as the use of a single access card for 2 vehicles or for unsubstantiated breakages after abiding by their lock up policies

I've never encountered such pathetic service and all round poor attitude towards guests in my life.

As beautiful as their units are their behaviour and particularly that of the zimbali estate management agency ruined the overall experience for me and my guests. Anyone hoping to go there should b prepared for a long fight to get back their hard earned deposit money
