Unprofessional: Zimbali and Adzone Marketing

I to book at zimbali, initially at the hotel and Farren called and was pleasant to work with. Subsequently based on the value proposition i looked the self catering option. Luella dealt with me and we confirmed the place over phone. she continuously asked about how many people will stay and visitors arent allowed. there was an insinuation, almost because i was indian that i would go over an above the permitted persons. i emailed to confirm and she did not respond to my request with all my confirmations. fearful of losing the booking i tried other agencies only to find out it goes back to her which i didnt want cos i was not happy dealing with her. i added more people to the booking because she said that it be pps basis. her job was to quote on my requirements, instead she questions the number of people i was bringing yet it was compliant with the number permitted. i eventually told her she failed her duty and to book to my requirements and if i broke the rules she should ahve measures in place and deal with it. thats her job. i am a client. she said she will get back and its been a week and she hasnt. despicable behaviour. i think she is, zimbali should not be associated
