Refund

My son was admitted to Garden City Hospital on the 02 Dec 2013 - 04 Dec 2013.
He was admitted with a swollen and painful gum.
First the ICD10 codes were wrong and my medical aid did not want to pay a bill of R11 thousand rand. Which I had to sort out and it was paid by my medical aid. No idea why Garden City has an accounts department when they can not do there jobs.

Then i was told to pay a bill of R1450.00 to Garden City hospital, which my granny paid as i did not have the money to pay. I have paid my granny back and now Garden city needs to give me my money back as my medical aid has paid them in full. I was told that my medical aid needs to refund me, and i have phoned my medical aid and they say the hospital need to refund me.
Cornelia that works in accounts at garden city is so rude and unhelpful.
I have now supmentedt all the paper work to my medical aid and they will do the refund as garden city is unhelpfully and have no idea what they are doing. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO GARDEN CITY HOSPITAL AGAIN!!!
