As a family we went to pine lake marina for the first time in 2007, and we have been going there ever since as we fell in love with this beautiful place, the friendly staff and good service. In 2010 we bought timeshare for 5 years with the understanding that we want the september school holidays and the salesman was really helpful, well by then the old owners of the resort had sold it to new owners and we were promised the best. Time past and the school holidays changed every year, but we always tried to accomodate week39 and we never just stayed for 7 days we always stayed more, now 2014 we approached the resort because we could no longer accomodate wk39 and we asked if we could swap for wk41 and this also being our last year of timeshare. First we were informed by magda that because of wk difference we must pay R980 extra and R228 admin fee, I was livid about this and made contact via e-mail with the resort manager who informed me management will sit with the issue, but he came back via e-mail to say the best he can do is give a 25% discount which is basically the admin fee, no apology for magda being rude over the phone, surely loyal clients don't matter to this resort management.
