Upon check in at about 11pm, got into room 5004 noticed tv was blurred and full of dirt, aircon was not working as well to late to bother moving, i went to the reception at 9am to inform them of my issues, they had said i can move to room 5002 i had waited from 10am to 1pm before someone actually came to move us waiting packed in the room for 3hrs is unacceptable also this was my honeymoon destination. Upon reaching Room 5002 we noticed that the walk-in closet had no lights, we called the in house room service and they sent someone up to replace the globe at 2pm, we had left the hotel till about 6pm to find that the globe was still not repaired and that we were not informed that the entire roof unit needed to be repaired. Room 5002 also had no bath plug and had to call again for this, then at 2am in the morning being summer in durban the aircon switched off. On 07/04/13 we had ordered room service only to have my fiance eat undercooked chiken which later caused her nausea, and upon laying on one of the queen sized beds the duvet was not cleaned as it smelled like u
