Poor or no resolution to Reservation issue

I went to the travel expo on the weekend of the 17th Feb at the Dome, there were Zimbali Lodge & Resort specials. I waited in line and had a chat with one of the consultants ladies. First Zimbali were not responding to their calls as the agent was calling, with the knowledge of the Expo be that as it may. She then had to take my details and advised that she will call me on Monday to confirm everything, dates included. She advised that she was still getting poor response on Monday and was only able to confirm my holiday on Wednesday with the dates that I had requested, I then paid and advised accordingly. When my invoice came back it had the wrong dates on it which was not as per agreed before payment, this was only picked up by the person I will be traveling with, if it was not for them I would have had the shock of my life. Now they are telling me stories about my holiday dates. I am utterly disappointed in the supposed 5* establishment (Zimbali) and Flight Centre. I am even thinking of cancelling my holiday all in all.
