Orca View guest house refused to pay us our deposit back after they allegedly found "issues" after our stay. No-one inspected the place when we arrived and no one inspected it before we left. They have yet to furnish us with quotes for things they say we have broken. They apparently also charged us for dirty linen. Surely linen should be washed whenever new guests arrive, or is this not so in Orca View's Guest house...
We also had a stranger showing up at the house unannounced to "check on us", is this not illegal without prior notice??
Once again service is as per normal, all nice and accommodating in the beginning and once you have the money, service goes out the door...
Be warned South Africa, it can happen to you... do not stay at Orca View Guest House in Port Edward...
