On 15 may 2013 i received an email from Virgin active with a special offer to re-join the Gym benefit, i was dumbstruck as it was the 1st word i heard it was cancelled. When i logged onto the Vitality website i had to manually back count the amount of visits that i did in 2012 and at to to the sum that was displayed for 2013. The iPhone app also only shows the 2013 data, this is ridiculous we are in 2013 not 1980!!

On 16 May I phoned the dreaded Vitality call center and and was told i only did 26 in stead of the 28 required visits as per the new gym T&Cs and onus was on me to check. I requested someone from management should call me back i was cut of before the assistant could give me my reference number. I however received a rating email for the 'CEO' and rated him a 1 in the hope that someone will follow-up. Noting.

Today 20 May I phoned the call center again and requested to speak to the assistant's manager which i did. After at least a 20 minute discussion which ended at yet another dead end I'm seriously off. I've been with Discovery for over 8 years now and its clear that they don't give 2 hoots about their loyal customers anymore.

This might just be the last.
