I have complained about one thing for the past two weeks and no one seems to be giving a about my refund..I spoke with Peter he promised to give me a call back today but he didnt not even replying on my emails..you guys refused to update ITC since I have fully paid, you are refusing to refund me since you took money by mistake (I suspect it was delibarate now) you are refusing to give me feedback about my money..its been three weeks since you took my money... I curse the day I borrowed money from African Bank... I want my money back and please update ITC me I dont owe you, you people owe ME.
