My wife and I requested a refund for an item that we had paid for and not collected. As per the CPA this was done within 7 days and we never received the item so we are entitled to a full refund.
I was told to send through my banking details which I did and I requested that somebody acknowledge of the receipt of my mail. This was not done.
I called in and I was told that the head office will process the refund 2 weeks ago. I have made 3 calls regarding this.
It is now 5 weeks later and I still have not received by money. This is absolutely pathetic. I want the R399 refund for this unit in my account by next week!
