On 17 April this year i laybyed two sets of single beds from the BedShop Benoni and i have paid R1200 thus far. On tuesday i went to pay the full balance of R1800 and i was told the beds were out of stock (the beds were not even there when i laybyed). I was asked to choose another bed but i refused as i didnt like them. and i asked for my refund instead. The sales guy asked me to leave my banking details so that he can forward this to the "responsible people" to be able to refund me because they dont give out cash refunds. I left my banking details and he called me again on wednesday to inform me that my bank details have been forwarded. I am still waiting for this refund, its the third day now and i always have to call the sales person, who must first ask "the responsible person" before he can tell me what's happening... This is so uncalled for and unprofessional
