I phoned the call centre before i went for blood tests and was told that ALL the test was covered under the plan that i have, after the tests i received the bills and nothing was paid. I phoned numerous times on my account and after 2 months and lots of time i was told that the recording of the conversation was lost and i was responsible for the account of almost R5000 . I also had to phone them the whole time cause nobody came back to me
