I will like to complain about Resomed medical aid. I am on unpaid maternity leave and i have been paying my memebership well and this month i request to make a payment arrangement only to be told that it wont happen and my membership will be cancelled. What is surprising is that if i wanna leave the medical aid i need to give two months notice if i dont i will still need to pay for those months. I dont mind if they cancel my medical aid as long as they will not expect any payment from me.
I am not impressed with the service that i got from Resomed.
