I emailed Spectramed last week to find out if I am covered for a certain procedure. I received a confirmation email saying that an agent would contact me immediately. Shortly thereafter, Ferdhosia, a sales agent called and tried to sell me cover. Once I explained that I simply wanted to know if I was covered for something, she said she was given my details as a lead for a possible new client, but she would pass on my request. Since then, and despite several emails, I have received no communication from her or the company. It is ironic that if the company thinks they might have a new client, they respond immediately, but an existing one with a genuine query is ignored. It would be great if someone could respond to my request, Spectramed. I do, after all pay for the privilege.
