Rosepark contacted you last week Wednesday to obtain authorisation now you say you only got all the detail Friday Morning as they did not supply everything when they called the first time. Why did you not call me your client to get everything for you WHEN YOU SAW YOU NEED MORE INFORMATION.. Still no authorisation given awaiting the underwriting department. Your service level is poor. Speak direct to your members if you aware of a problem. I had to call you this morning spoke to Estella and all she can say it takes two days for authorisation. we are now at day 6 from the initiall call made? I need to be admitted tomorrow morning by 12h00.
Could you get this sorted and prioritise cases accordingly.
I STRESS THE FACT IF YOU HAVE BEEN CONTACTED AND DID NOT GET WHAT YOU NEED THE FIRST TIME ROUND CONTACT YOUR MEMBERS DIRECT TO ASSIST... THAT IS SERVICE DON'T WAIT FOR THE MEMBER TO PUT UP A FIGHT!!! AWATING YOUR URGENT RESPONSE!!
