I bought two vouchers through someone who is a rep for SA Getaways. It was deducted two months from my bank. First one came in November and second voucher in December 2013. I also received a letter saying my holiday is paid in full. I have send my first voucher in where I must select three places on their voucher. I did and I have mailed it away. For three weeks I phoned to find out what is happening and every time I was told that they will phone me back. They never returned my calls. I contacted them this morning and again I was told they will contact me back. Later I received an email saying I must pay R421 per person sharing at a hotel that was not even on their list of selections. I contacted the supervisor called Shelly. She again told me she would contact me she couldnt explain to me. I said to her I contacted the hotels I requested and that there was availability on the times I wanted to book. She culdnt answer me. When I asked to spesak to owner she said owner is not in today. What did I pay for then? I have the lettters they posted to me saying my holiday is paid for in full and after I received second voucher that there will be no more deductions from my bank account.
