I wish to express my disgust with SA Getaways

I wish to express my disgust with SA Getaways non-existent customer service and "Holiday vouchers".

I have been in contact with SA Getaways since the past 6/8 weeks enquiring about a holiday voucher made a reservation request WHERE TAMERON/TAMMY FROM SA GETAWAYS SAID I SHOULD PAY R 295 THEN THEY WILL BE ABLE TO HELP ME WITH PACKAGES AND BOOKINGS.

Once I done the deposit and emailed the requested tammy send me an email almost 2 weeks after the payment was done with a package deal that was more that the quote that i received from the holiday resort myself.. we are suppose to get discount..

after i have emailed and asked her about the discount she never got back to me.

I have emailed TAMMY/TAMERON on a number of times and still got no response although I got the delivery and read reports of the emails,

i called the offices few times and was told that Tameron will contact me in 10 minutes which never happened.

I log this complaint to warn all consumers to never buy SA Getaways vouchers and become another victim. A number of other complaints can be found on Google and on hello peter!!
