Quick to take money, but no service

In 2011 I was contacted by a company that said that I have won a 10 day holiday and had to pay R499 once off service fee. They took down my account number and the even before I received the voucher they took R100 off per month. I stopped it but then they went back to the bank and collected R99 under a service fee. I thought that was bank charges? A year later I stopped it completely as I find out it was the same people? I then decided to make use of the voucher and contacted S A Getaways to book for march 2013- easter weekend? Just to be told that we had to pay another R100 for a booking fee. They never came back and when we followed up, just to be told that it high season in the Cape and did not even revert with an alternative. When the voucher was sold over the phone it was said free stay, but after reading the fine print of the conditions you has to pay 10% of the day rate of the hotel. I find it totally unacceptable that telly marketers can tell you one thing and then it turns out not to be the truth? They can keep the voucher and just give back my money, which is well over R2000. I am very unhappy about the entire process and blatant disregard for proving a service.
