My daughter called fed health in Decemeber to upload my chronic medication. The agent then advised that they could not help us as the needed the tariff codes. We then called again on d 18th of january and uploaded the medication with the tariff codes and faxed the script to 0800 22 3670 and was told it would take 5 days to approve. Its been 9 days with no feedback. I called again this morning to be told by the call centre that no1 has looked at my query yet. I have been without my medication for the last 2 months because of fed health. Should anything happen I will get my lawyers involved as I have recorded communication n lack of service.
