I have been diagnosed with adult ADD and cannot function on a daily basis without medication as this is now affecting my work, relationships and all other aspects of my life! I approached Fedhealth to ask if the medication can be covered under my chronic benefit and was just give a straight out NO as an answer, my psychiatrist even phoned FEDHEALTH to motivate and still it will not be covered. I am left in a situation where Fedhealth will not even meet me half way with regards to my medication and am disappointed with Fedhealth's lack of customer service!
