When I joined FedHealth in September 2013, I was advised that my Chronic Medication would be paid via Telephone Conversation with the Consultant. I have now submitted the application form for the Chronic Medication, and have been advised that only my half of my medication would be paid for. After numerous phone calls and e-mails send to the FedHealth Consultant I was dealing with, no one now wants to take responsibility in trying to resolve my issue/query.
Every time I phone, I get put through from one person to another. It seems that no one wants or can assist me and I really think that it is unacceptable and bad service.
