Telephone answering service is an absolute disgrace! The automated answering service keeps disconnecting the call immediately after being answered. Would it kill them to have a live receptionist?? Trying to call Medicross Tokai could cause someone to have a heart attack. It frustrates me to the point where I would even consider changing my family doctor so as to avoid having to deal with medicross tokai. I wasted 30 minutes of my life just trying to get an appointment only to be told that there's an amount outstanding so I cant get an appointment until I pay it. When I tried explaining that the amount outstanding is an incorrect billing codes issue that I have to resolve with doctor and I have left messages at the hopeless reception regarding this matter and doctor hasn't gotten back to me, they still insisted that I hold some more for the accounts department only to be cut off several times thereafter. The service is absolutely appalling! I have been a patient of Doctor Goldberg since before Medicross tokai was built but I am still treated like a stranger who is going to run away with R400. Absolute disgusting service!
