DISGUSTING SERVICE

I was rushed to medicross princess crossing yesterday, i could not breath, Janice took my details and prepared everything, i went to the toilet when i came back she called me and said there is an amount outstanding on the computer, i said to her i will sent it to my medical aid, and she must print it for me because i never received it. she than said i am not allowed to see the doctor till the money was paid, i mean i did not even had my bag with me. she went to Alta van der Merwe, and Janice came back to me saying i must go with her to the accounts department and that Alta said i can still not see the doctor, i cant even breath how do they want me to climb the stairs. How is it possible that Medicross can show their patients away because of an outstanding account that was due, but never brought under the attention of a patient. I had to go to casualties yesterday afteroon, and i was on oxygen the whole day. All im asking is this the way to treat your patients, i always go to medicross princess. Maybe they would have felt better if the patients die on their premisses
