I went to Roodepoort Medicross (Princess Crossing) on Friday, the 28th of June 2013, at 4:30. It was very quiet, no ques, I've been going to this Medicross for years and was so relieved that it wasn't busy, as I was in a lot of pain and needed help asap.
As the lady walked me to the doctor's waiting area, I saw him going into the next room (another doctor), where he stayed and talked to him for 20 minutes, while I am listening to their conversation. At 16:50 I got up and went to the head receptionists to tell her and all she could say was "Ag sorry man" - that is it!
I also work in the medical field and my boss will have a hissy fit if I talked to patients this way. She did not even TRY to help me or ask if I would like to see another doctor. After going to the ladies, furious, I walked out of the bathroom and the same head receptionist was leaning over the reception counter having a lovely conversation with one of the other ladies. Truly shocking.
Just thought you should know. Even though it is extremely convenient for me to go there, my family and I will not be returning to this Medicross.
