Not willing to help and or respond

This morning i tried calling Medicross Randburg from 7:55, to no avail, by 8:15 no one had answered the phone, and it kept on disconnecting from ringing that long.
AS they are just around the corner from me, I thought I would pop in & see if I had a chance of seeing a doctor. I have been experiencing pain in my chest combined with uncontrolled hiccups.
I arrive just on 8:20, Like i said they are around the corner from me, I asked the receptionist if i could see a doctor, she replied by saying
"I can only help you at 10am."
Which is strange, because I should be treated as a walk-in & be asked to take a seat. I asked if I could wait in case there was a gap somewhere, to my disgust, all she did was sit there in her high society attitude and stare at me, Did not bother to say YES, or no, nothing, just sat there staring
When it became quite clear she was not willing to assist, i replied by saying - you are pathetic and walked out.
Now I am on my way to see my own doctor at Krugersdorp medicross, who has told me to come through straight away.
Randburg M/Cross - You need to educate your staff on how to be a receptionist and how walk-ins are handle
