I attempted to contact the medicross boksburg branch on (011) 898 6500, I was holding for 25 Minutes then again for 9 minutes, this was to make a appointment to see a doctor.
Eventually i got into my vehicle and arrived at the doctors room at 18:00, operating times where till 18:30.
When arriving in the Medicross i can understand why my call wasn't answered as 4 staff members where all gathered talking to each other and the phones just rang. Never the less the I saw the doctor.
the "doctor" showed no interest in me as a patient, rather to just get the service done so he can claim his 500 bucks. the doctor saw me for no less than 4 minutes max. Never did a check on my breathing, never examined my eyes, ears, chest etc... literally opened my mouth and wrote out a script.
no advice on what not to eat, what to eat,
i am disgraced that i had to pay for such service from a professional establishment, I trust i will get feedback accordingly
