I took my Aunt to Randburg Medicross to be treated in the emergency room for an asthma/ anxiety attack after she had lost consciousness several times. Instead of the doctor on duty attending to us, she rudely shouted at me that my aunt had a regular cough and stuck her hand in my face and pushed her head close to mine.
Randburg Medicross is a one stop health provider but after last nights lack of patient attention I will never return and I will spread the word on how patients are treated in the "emergency rooms".
I will be taking my complaint as high as possible and I will be praising Sandton Mediclinic for their outstanding service last night!!!
