I stopped working at a company that provided me with Medical Aid i then phoned Discovery Health too find out what the processes are for me to pay outstanding amounts. They said i must wait till it is fully cancelled and then i will get a bill for my used Savings pay in that i had to make. I then asked them what my method of communication is selected on and they stated email as it is the only way i keep track. 5 Months down the line i get a sms from ITC stating i have been handed over. They never sent me one email statement nor called or sms'd me??? i phone in and they state they sent me the bill via post and there is nothing they will do further to help. I asked them but i said via email not post and they said when it comes to bills they only work via post but this was never mentioned in any terms and conditions??? They put the phone down in my ear??? Now i had to pay my bill and itc costing me so much more i truly feel bullied by them they are sooooo rude!!! ;-(
