I submitted a claim for an authorised hospital treatement 12 days ago. I have already paid the account and the claim is for a refund. No response apart from automated reference number. The claim does not show up in my claim history.
Sent a query three days ago, no response. Discovery website states that one should expect a response within 24 hours.
