Unpaid bill

I received a bill from melomed which says that a bill was not paid and the date was for last year July 2012- this surprises me as i thought this was resolved as i spoke to someone from the headoffice that all my accounts with melomed was covered by the medical aid so someone at discovery health did not do their work i refuse to be handed over or listed on ITC for someone on discovery who is incompetent
