My discovery premiums are deducted via a debit order. My cover has been suspended because apparently its been short paid by R411 (there is plenty of money in my account.) The deducted amount is correct as per my bank statement. Their call centre staff do not know what the R411 is for, neither have they gotten back to us regarding this matter, after promising to phone us back. All I am getting are sms's and emails to settle the account. Suspending my cover over a billing issue from Discovery is incredibly bad customer service. Do I want to be covered by a company that would disable my cover because of their own mistakes?
