When I change from bank I phoned them to make the arrangements so my debit order do go off on the correct account so I do not miss the debit date. They confirmed everything is in order. A few months down the line. I put in a claim to be paid out to me. I never received the money. When I phoned them today they informed me that the account where the claim money is being paid out to is still my old account. They never informed me that there is two different place that I must update my account. This is the mistake on Discovery side. They just refuse to help me to correct there mistake. I am trying to get hold of ABSA and Discovery just do not care to provide good client service. 9 months back I also phone to find out if my Medical Aid will cover pregnancy and the hospital cost. They said yes. They never informed me if the doctor is charging more than I would need to cover that cost. I am paying a lot of money for nothing. Not happy with Discovery
