Hopeless Call Centre / new business

I have been a client of Discovery Health for more than 13 years and am now thinking of moving on. I have been trying to get a new medical aid card with my son's name as a beneficiary since he was born 10 years ago. It is always in the post! I was eventually told I should go into the Sandton office and wait for one to be made for me!
Wonderful customer service? So much so for Adrian Gore's vision of innovation, flexibility, value and excellent service!
I have also been trying to add another beneficiary since May 2013, I have never been called by either the call centre or new business to let me know when documentation/info is needed. I only find out when I call. The latest is that Discovery appoints a broker whose service they have no control over and who should have contacted me. Again where is the value and excellent service Mr Gore?

I am sick & tired of having to chase Discovery to give them my business and told the call centre agent that if no one calls me from Discovery today I am going to move my business elsewhere, enough is enough!
