I'm very unhappy about the service delivery Momentum Health gives. I have been trying to sort out my issues, the payments of doctors since before 18/06/13. I keep getting reference numbers, but no promised feed backs on whats happening. The doctors are not receiving payments. I am fed up with this disrespect towards me as a client that I am seriously considering to leave Momentum Health. Clearly they disregard everything I say and someone is not doing their job. I pay allot of money for a medical aid and expect my medical aid to do what I pay them to do. I NEED a response from a responsible person for ex: a supervisor as the call center agents wont help me and promise feed back but don't keep their word. Doctors are holding me responsible for the payment.
