It was discovered that my account was handed over to 2 attorneys!!! The exact same account!
I have been phoning the accounts lady for 3 days now none stop requesting my latest statment as i need all the proof i have to send to the attorneys as i have been paying symington and partners as well as Du Plessis and Partners attorneys and now my account was handed to Marais Muller when i have been paying it!!!
i have got no statement from Symington and Partners after how many calls to the accounts lady! then she still gets rude with me! If u do your job i wont pester you, i am the one having sleepless nights about this not you.
just goes to show that to some people a job is just a job and they dont actually care about their clients! whether u in the medical field or any other, ur clients should be ur main concern and u should try help them in every way possible :(
