I called the call centre with some queries on my account. Sne was the one who assisted me, she was so helpful and I could hear the friendliness in her voice as we spoke. I asked for some documents to be emailed to me and that was done in an instant.
To add the cherry on top, my call got cut off as I was holding for an authorisation number, she took an initiative to call me back (which most call centre agents do not do) and gave me an authorisation number then she answered all my questions in a satifying manner. I got really impressed by Sne's professionalism and efficiency.
