I received an email stating my gym membership has expired.

I queried this at the end of May and i still have had no feedback. I explained the situation and that planet fitness has not had scanners in place for over 3 months now. I filled in the membership book and i was told that somedays there was no book. I then filled in my details on pieces of paper and still received feedback that i have not attended enough to keep my membership.

The minimum is 24 times per year and even though i don't go too often, i always make sure that i go at least three times a month and it's only JUNE! I always fill in my details and still it has not been corrected. I received an email saying that they will contact the planet fitness branch in Durbanville and no feedback as yet? Can i go back to gym or do i just wait another month?

Dissapointed.
