I was never informed about my yearly increase and paid my January 2014 installment the same as December 2013 .Bonitas sent a letter saying i am behind R349 on 16 January 2014 due to the increase that i was not aware of.
My wife tried to use the medical aid and it was suspended on 8 January 2014 but Bonitas suspended my cover on 1 January 2014 without letting me know there was a problem.
They are poor communicators.
To suspend a client that has been with them more than 7 years for a short payment of R349, 00 due to their poor communication is petty and short sighted.
and to get un-suspended i had to pay the R349 -this little endeavor cost me more than R2000 that i had to pay because they are poor communicators.
