I moved from Discovery to Bonitas. I have cancelled my Discovery medical as requested and sent through all the required documentation as required by Bonitas. This was done on the 6th of December 2013. I was told that the process would take 5 days which would assure that I would be covered as from the 1st of January 2014. Today is the 24th and nothing has been processed up to date. This put me at risk with having no medical aid as from the 1st of January 2014. The call centre does not revert as promised and can't offer any solution. Make's one wonder how long it will take to process a medical claim in a critical situation.
